Cynthia Duff - President & CEO

       CopyLady was founded by Cynthia Duff in 2002 as a full service document management company. Cynthia brings more than 20 years of experience in the computer and document management industries, allowing her to create the perfect solutions for her clients' needs. Her client-first philosophy created CopyLady’s unparalleled two hour service guarantee. Nearly 80% of all service calls can be handled remotely, via remote diagnostics, saving clients time and money.  No more long down times interrupting business. 

       Early on, Cynthia recognized copiers were evolving and knew even the smallest business could (and should) have additional digital technologies at their disposal. Always on the cutting edge of technology, Cynthia ensures CopyLady carries the most advanced lines of leading-edge multifunction products. CopyLady brings value, speed and enhanced performance to each client’s office environment. These CopyLady enhanced systems provide digital copying, printing, facsimile, e-mail integration and file scanning, all networked in one dynamic package.

       Cynthia believes in giving to her clients and giving to the community. She is on the board of the Southwest Florida Symphony. She also supports the Rotary Club of Fort Myers (named Rotarian of the Year for 2000), Southwest Florida Community Foundation, Dr. Piper Center, Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, The Salvation Army, The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, North Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and countless other organizations.

Dan Detrick - Vice President & CFO

       Dan's extensive Communications, Operations and Business background allows him to effectively direct all aspects of CopyLady's day-to-day operations.  His expertise in choosing the newest in digital equipment provides CopyLady with the best technology on the market to offer businesses all over Southwest Florida.  Always up-to-date with not only the latest office equipment from the best major brand manufacturers, he also carefully chooses quality nationwide vendors for supplies for operating state-of-the-art CopyLady equipment.

       Dan makes sure our customers have exactly what they need at their disposal to operate their business in the most effective manner - from their office equipment to supplies to our staff providing the ultimate best in efficient and effective service.  His technical knowledge is an asset both to our clients and our service specialists who provide technical services to our highly-valued clients.

       Dan graduated from Florida State University with a major in Business Psychology and a minor in Communications.  He's involved in a number of Southwest Florida organizations, including the Rotary of Fort Myers, Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, North Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, as well as many local events as a volunteer.

 

Nancy Iler - Sales & Marketing Director 

        Nancy directs CopyLady's Consultation Team in the development and delivery of document management solutions to effectively streamline even the most unique business processes.  CopyLady's solid success is based on the fact that we sell information technology solutions - not just office equipment.   Her consultative approach in providing the most efficient and cost-effective solutions makes us an IT partner for not only large companies, but also small and mid-sized companies.

        Having been in the Sales & Marketing industry for more than two decades, she finds better, more advanced ways to market and drive business efficiencies through increased awareness and automation of state-of-the-art imaging management - making CopyLady the most unique solution provider in the industry.  She facilitates a team-based atmosphere to deliver the utmost in quality products and the momentum in providing excellent service to our clients.

       She represents CopyLady at tradeshows, conventions and Southwest Florida community events.  Nancy attended college in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has a Bachelor's in Business Management and an Associate's in Marketing.

 

Carol Adams - Customer Care Director

        Carol oversees CopyLady's Customer Care Department.  Having been in the Customer Service field for an extensive amount of years and having first-hand experience, she knows our clients are priceless assets and that customer satisfaction is key to our success.  Her productivity and communications skills are vital in passing on important information between our clients and service technicians, providing a smooth resolution to meeting specific needs and giving our customers the best, most efficient service in the copier industry.

       Carol's philosophy is based on the fact that when our clients are happy, it makes us happy.  She knows each client we service has unique requirements, and she keeps track daily of what those requirements are.  Never too busy to discuss needs, her friendly personality and concern for meeting client needs make her a valuable asset to our team of professionals.
